What this site does with your information, and how to check I am real
Short version: this website has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no database. Nothing you type here is sent to a server, because there isn’t one. Below is the long version, plus the things you can verify about me yourself before you pay me anything.

Who is responsible for this site. Aarambh Pratap Singh, a freelance web designer and developer working from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Not a company, not an agency — one person, whose phone number and email are at the bottom of every page.

1. What this site collects
Nothing automatically. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap tool, no session recorder and no advertising tag anywhere on this site. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and reload the page. You will see requests for this site’s own files and one request for the web font. That is the whole list.
The enquiry form
The form on the home page does not submit anywhere. It takes what you type and builds a WhatsApp message or an email in your own browser, then opens WhatsApp or your mail app with the text already written. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and I only ever receive it as an ordinary message from you. There is no server, no inbox integration and no copy kept anywhere on this site.
What is stored on your device
Exactly one thing. If you dismiss the launch-offer banner at the top of the
page, the browser records promo-dismissed so it does not
reappear on your next visit. It contains no personal information, it never
leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
There are no cookies on this site, which is why there is no cookie banner — there would be nothing for you to consent to.
2. The only three third parties involved

There is no fourth party. No advertising network, no CRM, no email marketing platform, no chat widget.
3. What happens to your information once we are talking
Once you message or call me, ordinary business record-keeping starts, and it is worth being straight about it:
- Your WhatsApp messages sit in my WhatsApp, like anyone else’s. Your emails sit in my Gmail.
- I keep your business name, contact number and what we agreed, so that I can actually do the work and raise an invoice.
- Photographs, logos, price lists and text you send me are used to build your site and for nothing else.
- I do not sell, rent, share or trade your details. Not to lead brokers, not to other designers, not to anyone.
- I will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Showing your site in my portfolio
I will ask you first, in writing, before your site appears anywhere as my work. If you would rather it did not, that is a complete answer and it costs you nothing. Everything currently shown on my portfolio is labelled as a concept project, built to demonstrate an approach rather than on a client’s instruction.
4. Your rights over your information
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask me to tell you what information about you I hold, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. There is no form and no process — message me and I will do it, and confirm when it is done.
The only thing I may need to keep after that is a record of an invoice, if we have exchanged money, because tax records have to be retained.
5. How this site is secured
These are technical measures, and every one of them is something you can check from the outside rather than take my word for:
- HTTPS everywhere. The connection is encrypted, and the site instructs browsers to refuse an unencrypted one for the next two years (HSTS).
- A content security policy. The browser is told exactly which sources may run code. An injected third-party script would simply not execute.
- Framing blocked. No other site can load this one inside an invisible frame and overlay fake buttons on the real ones.
- Camera, microphone, location and payment handlers switched off at the browser level, because this site never needs them.
- No stored payment details. I never handle your card. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer, made by you, directly, to an account in my own name.
Run the scan yourself: securityheaders.com grades the headers above, and SSL Labs grades the encryption. Neither is run by me and neither can be faked.
6. What I will never do
- Ask you to pay before you have seen a working demo of your own site.
- Ask for an OTP, a bank password, a UPI PIN or a card CVV. No genuine developer ever needs any of these. If anyone asks you for one in my name, it is not me — call me on the number above and check.
- Register your domain in my name, or hold your files until you pay.
- Add a monthly charge you did not agree to.
- Put a fake review, a fake client logo or a made-up certification on my own site, or on yours.
7. Changes to this page
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. I will not quietly add a tracker and leave this text saying there isn’t one.
