The terms
Payment, support, and who owns what
These three blocks appear word for word on the homepage and on the one-page client agreement. If they ever differ, the agreement wins — but they will not differ.
Payment terms
- 1. Free Custom Demo The initial homepage prototype is 100% free with zero deposit.
- 2. Full Build 50% deposit commences full multi-page development.
- 3. Launch & Approval The remaining 50% is due only when the site is live and approved.
Support terms
- 1. 30 Days Free Minor text edits, image swaps, and contact updates are free for 30 days.
- 2. Lifetime Bug Fixes Any technical flaws from original delivery are fixed free forever.
- 3. Post-30-Day Updates Optional ₹1,500/month retainer (up to 2 hrs) or flat per-task quote. No lock-in.
Domain & hosting
Package prices cover 100% of design, coding, and setup. Domain and hosting are billed at exact third-party cost in your name (approx. ₹1,200–₹1,500/yr). You retain 100% ownership and passwords.

What if I don’t like the free demo?
You pay nothing and we stop there. The initial homepage prototype is 100% free with zero deposit and arrives within 48 hours, so the only thing you risk by looking is the fifteen minutes it takes to tell me about the business.
When exactly do I pay, and how much?
In two parts, after the free demo. 50% deposit commences full multi-page development. The remaining 50% is due only when the site is live and approved. Nothing is due before you have seen a working homepage on your own phone.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
You do, directly, at cost. Package prices cover 100% of design, coding, and setup. Domain and hosting are billed at exact third-party cost in your name (approx. ₹1,200–₹1,500/yr). You retain 100% ownership and passwords. I do not mark them up and I do not hold the passwords.
How will customers actually contact me through the site?
Three one-tap routes, because nobody types an email address on a phone: WhatsApp with the message already written, click-to-call, and Google Maps directions that open in their own maps app. If you want enquiries collected rather than just calls, I can write every submission into a Google Sheet and ping your phone when one arrives.
Do I need technical skills to manage it?
None. I handle the domain, hosting, setup and testing on real phones. For the things you will change yourself — a price, a photo, your hours — you get a short guide with screenshots, written for your site. Minor text edits, image swaps and contact updates are free for 30 days.
How fast is the demo, really?
Within 48 hours of the discovery chat. That is the homepage, built for your business with your own content in it — not a template with your logo dropped on top. The rest of the site takes a further four days to two weeks depending on the package.
How is this different from Wix or a website builder?
Speed. A builder loads a large JavaScript bundle before your customer sees anything. A hand-coded page sends the text and layout first — which decides whether someone waits, on a weak connection in a market street. Ownership. The domain is yours, the code is yours, and there is no monthly fee to me.
