One engineer builds it, launches it, and answers the phone.
Direct collaboration, no middlemen
You deal with the person writing the code. There is no account manager translating what you said into a ticket, no junior picking it up on Friday, and no queue behind three other clients you were never told about.
My background is business administration, with hands-on time at Tata Motors and Niftel Communication — so the first question is what the site has to make happen, not what it should look like. The design follows from that.
The person who understands your business is the person who builds it and the person who picks up the phone afterwards.
Local presence
In Lucknow, and willing to come to your counter
For a shop or a clinic, fifteen minutes standing in the room tells me more than an hour on a call. In-person consultations across the city, at no charge.
Accountability
You have an address, a phone number and a signed one-page agreement, not a support form in another time zone. If something breaks after launch, you message the person who wrote the line that broke.

Retail stores, clinics and diagnostics, restaurants and cafés, salons, and professional services — businesses where an enquiry is worth real money and most of them arrive from a phone.
Technical standard
Why custom code beats a site builder here
Not a matter of taste. A page built on WordPress or Wix ships a large JavaScript bundle before a customer sees anything, and your customer is often on a phone on a weak connection in a market street.

How the speed figure was measured. Every page on this site and all six demos were loaded over a connection throttled to Chrome DevTools “Slow 4G” — 1.6 Mbit/s down, 150 ms round trip — with a 4× CPU slowdown standing in for a mid-range Android handset, at a 390 px viewport, median of three runs. Across those 9 pages the slowest largest-contentful-paint was 0.83 s, the slowest full page load was 0.93 s, and the heaviest page weighed 106 KB. Your own result will depend on your photographs, so I re-measure yours before launch and show you the numbers.
